Our Old Fashioned Sourdough Spelt bread is made with three simple ingredients but nothing is simple when it comes to the taste and benefits of this bread! Our sourdough fermentation process creates a dense, hearty, sustaining and amazingly delicious bite which packs a powerful sourdough punch! So if you are a real sourdough fan - this is a loaf of bread that is right up your alley!  In staying true to our mission - our sourdough starter is fermented the old fashioned way - for at least 24 hours.

Additionally, we've gotten feedback that this traditional Spelt Sourdough is also low FODMAP friendly according to the Monash University low FODMAP guidelines.
